Professional Background
Steve Park is a Sales Associate, specializing in the sale and leasing of office properties. Steve joined the Roseville office in early 2008 with a special emphasis on the South Placer Office Market.

Prior to joining the firm, Steve began his commercial brokerage career at Colliers International. During his 4 years with Colliers, Steve was involved in over 200 lease and sale transactions. Through these transactions, Steve gained a broad overview of not only the office market but also the retail, industrial, land and investment specialties. This experience makes Steve an asset on any assignment.

Due to his successful business relationships and transactions, Steve still remains active in the greater Sacramento area representing both landlords and tenants. However, he is focusing more of his time in the Roseville & Rocklin markets.

Education
A Sacramento native, Steve is a 1999 graduate of the University of Nevada – Reno with a Bachelor of Science degree. Steve and his wife of six years make their home in Roseville and had their first child in March 2008.

Personal Information
Steve serves as a board of director for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and is the President of the University of Nevada-Reno, Sacramento Alumni Chapter.
